Setting up your fund is simple and can be completed in as few as 2 days.
We will work with you to customize a giving option that allows you to achieve your charitable goals.
Simply download the appropriate attached application and return to our President, Beth Meade at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Beth will use your application to create a fund agreement. Once your agreement is complete, you can make donations to your fund and invite others to do the same.
Your donations to your fund are fully deductible to the extent of the law in the year the donation is made. You are not required to grant out the funds that year. If you want to build your fund or you just aren't sure which charities you want to support right now, that's alright. When you are ready to make a contribution to a charitable organization, simply contact the Foundation and we will assist you on providing a grant.
Fund Types:
Designated Fund - This fund type is ideal for a donor who chooses to support a specific organization such as the Plymouth Historical Society.
Donor-Advised Fund - DAF's are designed to allow you, as the donor, to serve in an advisory capacity to grant out money from your fund.
Field of Interest Fund - These funds are designed to benefit a category of charitable organization, such as youth or seniors.
Scholarship Fund - Funds are granted out to students seeking a higher education. Fund holders can create specific criteria for applicants.
