For Good. For Ever.
We're proud to support our community's students and their educational endeavors by offering numerous scholarships. Our program includes financial aid opportunities for students of all ages who are at different stages in their educational pursuits, as well as a number of different areas of study.
Our online scholarship application opens in early January and remains open until mid-March. Scholarships recipients are notified in late April; and funds are sent directly to schools for the fall semester.
A description of each scholarship offered through the Community Foundation of Plymouth is listed below.
These scholarships are open to students who have had their own personal Community Financial Credit Union account opened for at least 6 months prior to applying for the scholarship and who can demonstate the credit union's "people helping people" philosophy. Applicants must have been accepted at or applied to an accredited college, university or trade school full- or part-time for the upcoming fall semeser. Awards will be based on academic performance, community service, extra-curricular activities, letter of recommendation, job/employment history, financial need and the essay.
Thanks to the generosity of the Dul family, this scholarship is open to current employees of Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center or Clips & Clamps Industries who have worked a minimum of 400 hours during the preceding calendar year. It is also available to children, stepchildren, legal dependents or spouses of qualified employees.
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior, current college student or non-traditional student. (A non-traditional student is defined as someone who is starting or returning to college after an extended absence from school.) Applicant may be planning to attend school either full or part time and may attend any university, college or trade school with any major. Applicant may also be pursuing their LPGA or PGA certification through Keiser University.
